I hope that you, your loved ones and your community are healthy and as well as can be during this time.

I am a movement (Yoga, ELDOA, somatic, functional movement) meditation, pelvic health and nervous system educator, and a lover of community. I largely work privately 1:1 and in smaller intimate group settings to explore diverse movement options that support coherence and resilience in daily life.

At the moment, I am offering 1:1 sessions online and in-person with all health protocols in place, and small group workshops online. This is subject to change of course. Please connect if this feels like something supportive to you.
