as meditation and personal practice that will support you in your teaching. You will experience teaching,
to your peers and will receive peer and teacher feedback Philosophy and anatomy will also be explored
in these 12 days together.
This first 100 hours is perfect for those of you who would like to deepen your own yoga practice,
and for those who are interested in teaching yoga! Yoga teachers already teaching may also take
this course to refine your teaching skills and grow your repertoire and awareness.

The 2nd 100 hours is divided into 5 specialized workshops designed to expand your knowledge, skill and
